We are seeking an exceptional Administration Assistant with the flexibility to move from the day to day administrative requirements of a support role, through to overseeing compilation of board packs, reporting requirements and local and international travel coordination.
Dynamic and fast paced, success in this role will be dependent on the following professional skills:
Technically you must be able to demonstrate advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. You will also have the unique blend of strong ability to work with numbers and generate reports, highly developed written and verbal communication skills all underpinned through your ability to maneuver through IS system requirements.
Prior high-level experience in administration support roles will be essential and qualifications will be well regarded.
