Detpak is a dynamic sales and marketing arm of the Detmold Group, created to specifically service the needs of the food industry. The Corporate Brands & National Accounts division was formed to specially service the Detpak globally recognized QSR customer group.


A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for the right candidate to join our growing business in a Business Manager role based in Adelaide.


As the Business Manager within Corporate Brands you will be responsible to develop and executive effective account plans whilst building award winning relationship with your defined customer base. Your focus on superior customer services accompanied by your passion to consistently provide quality, service and efficiency in all customer interactions will set you up for ongoing success in this role and career growth within the wider Detmold Group.


Other accountabilities include, but are not limited to;

• Translate account plans and customer insights into actionable and measurable tactics to deliver agreed business objectives.
• Analyse performance and trends in the QSR market to identify account opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
• Partner with the Group Marketing Team to ensure business development and productivity initiatives are implemented with all Corporate Brands Customers.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting to key internal stakeholders of progress against agreed key objectives.
• Ensure accurate and on time delivery of goods to Corporate Brands Customers meeting agreed DIFOT targets.
• Play a lead role in positioning Detpak as a supplier of choice for all Corporate Brands Customers.
• Work in close co operation with the members of the Corporate Brands team to build team cohesion and promote the responsiveness and professionalism of the team.
• Support and maintain an achievement culture that fosters and enhances teamwork and cross functional unity, while also supporting personal growth and career development.
• Maintain an accurate customer pricing database in-line with approved pricing.
• Actively pursue continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce cost across all areas of the business.
• Develop and play lead role in delivering all quarterly review meetings with agreed customers and targeting continuous improvement and business development opportunities at every review.
• Liaise with Technical Department for Artwork and pre-production processes.


You will be a dynamic, analytical, passionate, and customer focused individual who is looking for career advancement within a progressive and forward thinking company. A degree qualification coupled with strong experience in account management will be highly regarded.
