Consistent with our focus on developing talent, the Detmold Group is seeking exceptional supply chain candidates to take part in the Detmold Group Graduate Program. This is a two-year full-time program, combining both supply chain work experiences with exposure to various business functions (both locally and internationally), offering broad scope for varied career opportunities. Our graduates are mentored by experienced leaders, focused on ensuring you receive personalised support to develop well rounded knowledge of our Global operations.
We are looking for achievement focussed and self-motivated Supply Chain Graduates that have completed a degree qualification in Supply Chain (or similar), or who will complete their qualification by the end of this year. Successful candidates will have; a desire to learn, to be challenged and to grow personally and professionally, great analytical and problem solving skills; well developed communication and team working skills. Overall, we seek people with a willingness to step out of their comfort zone with the passion and drive to take control of their own future.
